Policies
Returns: All returns are subject to prior approval. If you would like to discuss returning an item, please send an email to kasey@lolabboutique.com or call 630-945-3306 to allow us an attempt at first resolving the issue. Please do not return an item without authorization. Gift certificates are non refundable items. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. All returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee. Return shipping fees will be at the customers expense.
Damages: If an item is damaged in transit, please call us immediately. Re-package the item using all of the original packing material. We will schedule an inspection with the original carrier and the item will be returned to Lola B's Boutique. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will either issue a credit to your account or replace the item upon request.
Security: All order and credit card information is accepted in a secure environment. Lola B's Boutique uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, widely accepted as the most secure technology available. Customer order information, i.e. Bill To and Ship To addresses, credit card information and phone numbers, are used to process the order only. No unsolicited mailings or phone calls are made. If you are uncomfortable providing your phone number, please enter 555-555-5555 in the phone number field. Customer e-mail addresses are used to send shipment updates and seasonal updates and sale information.
Shipping: We ship via ground delivery. Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days. If all items are in stock, your order should within one week of your order date.
Our Shipping & Handling Rates:
$0 to $30 = $6.50
$30 to $60 = $9.50
$60 to $75 = $14.50
$75 to $100 = $19.50
over $100 = $25.00
Alaska and Hawaii : shipping charges will be quoted after receipt of order.
Outside the US: shipping charges will be quoted after receipt of order.
If incorrect shipping charges are calculated, we reserve the right to adjust the total amount of your order to reflect the true shipping charges.
